Head Gasket Material

Is Head Gasket Dimensions the same for every car or it differs for any type of car? What about the material of Head Gasket? Isn't it the same as the bolt Material. I was happy to learn… They vary widely even within the same year, make and model. Because the heads are all different. They are cardboard looking with thin metal components. Uhhh, bolts are steel.

B16 Head Gasket

Who in here has done a poorman type r? Its a b16 head with a gsr block. I took my car to the shop to change the head gasket and now its still leaking. I'm thinking they did not resurface the head and reused the head stud bolts. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance. What I found out was – Sounds about right.
